Canada Crushing has been working with Prime Canadian Properties Inc. since January 2022, providing large-scale excavation and site preparation services for a 40-acre development site.

Utilizing a range of assets from our fleet, including three Caterpillar 621 Scrapers and a Caterpillar D9 Dozer, we performed bulk excavation and grade balancing with over 380,000 cubic meters of fill moved across the site.

Constructed 1.4 km of two-lane roads and prepared 44,500 square meters of building pads

Completed a 9,600 cubic meter stormwater management pond and installed 800 meters of 44kva electrical transmission lines

Results/impact

Our team also constructed 1.4 km of two-lane roads and prepared 44,500 square meters of building pads for future development.

In addition, we completed the construction of a 9,600 cubic meter stormwater management pond with culverts and outfalls, and installed 800 meters of 44kva electrical transmission lines as part of the site infrastructure.
